Answers to common billing and pricing questions

Yes, invoice billing is available on Pro and above. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual payment terms. For corporate contracts we also support purchase orders (POs). Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to month-to-month pricing. Example: Business plan at $333/month → $3,200/year (equivalent to $267/month). For Enterprise plans, multi-year contracts (2–3 years) can unlock additional discounts.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancel before the next renewal date and you will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing period. For annual plan cancellations, please contact support to discuss remaining-term refund options.

All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. For customers in Japan, consumption tax (10%) will be added at checkout. For international customers, taxes are determined by your billing country. Codens is registered as a qualified invoice issuer in Japan (for 適格請求書 / invoice tax credit), and our registration number appears on all invoices.

Yes — your monthly credit allowance is shared across all products included in your plan. For example, on the Business plan (5,000,000 credits/month) you can freely distribute those credits between Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow Codens. There is no separate credit pool per product.

Your account is not automatically upgraded. We'll send a reminder email 3 days before your trial expires. If you'd like to continue, simply choose a paid plan. All data, configurations, and integrations set up during the trial are preserved and carry over to your paid plan.

Tier 3 (one-time fee) is a project-based deliverable — setup, initial training, and custom integrations shipped once and signed off.
Tier 4 (Onboarding Support Plan, from ¥1,000,000 / month) is an ongoing service that rides alongside your team for 3–6 months of rollout: weekly reviews, continuous prompt tuning, governance docs, and adoption coaching delivered on a recurring cadence.
Teams new to AI-driven development benefit most from Tier 4; teams with an existing enablement group can often run with Tier 3 alone. Combining both produces the fastest time-to-value. Both sit on top of the SaaS plan fees (Tier 1/2).
